So was I…

I did find out how to Speed it up though!

First thing

Lets delete all those horrid logs files Spiceworks makes… mine were around 500mb big :O

• Stop Spiceworks
• Delete everything in C:\Program Files\Spiceworks\Log
• Start Spiceworks

Warning: Deleting your logs may hinder Spiceworks attempts in helping you resolve issues in the future, you maybe better moving them to a folder called log2 rather than deleting.

Second

Disable all plugin’s related to:

• The helpdesk
• The user portal
• Customising the look

Most of these no longer work, some have been updated to work most haven’t. Old plugins are causing a few issues with Speed at the moment.
