Unofficial Spiceworks is not responsible for any misunderstanding.

Are you tried of not being able to update your Spiceworks helpdesk on the road? Via your iphone or blackberry?

Spiceworks 4.0 will bring Tickets Anywhere, allowing you to quickly reply to Spiceworks with “comments” to update tickets.

Tickets anywhere will automatically scan all emails sent into the Spiceworks helpdesk looking for admin comments like adding time or setting the priority then update the ticket accordingly. The comments are then stripped out before the user see’s the update.

This system is designed to save you time :-) Rock on Spiceworks.
