Arno or ObieOne has created a great new addon for Spiceworks, a mobile helpdesk!
You can now read and update your helpdesk tickets directly from your mobile phone.
The idea was simple. I wanted to access the Spiceworks helpdesk from a mobile device. I could have writen a mobile app. but this would cause problems when accessing from different platforms like iPhone, Windows Mobile, BlackBerry.
