(Knowledgebase <cough> :>). How about when you are filling in a ticket with the initial ticket form, having the same autofill / "X" to delete for CCed users that you have once the ticket is in the system? And proper "Related Tickets" field? Even without the full functionality, this would be immensely useful. Yeah, if you want to pick on little things (there are a few big ones, as well… (Knowledgebase <cough> :>).
