Another 4.7 patch on the way
I have recently heard that Spiceworks will be producing another patch for Spiceworks 4.7 this fixes two bugs:
- A option for users to allow them to enter addresses they wish to prevent from being CC’d on tickets. It will be located in the advanced options section of the Email Settings page.
- Fix for “No Comment” opening tickets again or replying to tickets, the will not recognize and discard its own emails.
So why two patches so quickly?
It appears Spiceworks are working hard to fix some of the smaller issues people are having with Spiceworks to draw new people in as laying some ground work and bug repairs for the 5.0 release which is in the works. Its great to see them working so hard to get these problems fixed.
