Spiceworks iPhone app update
Spiceworks recently unveiled details for the new mobile network monitoring and help desk iPhone app. Check out the latest information and view a few early screenshots (although they may change significantly by the time the app is released).
Unofficial Spiceworks has some exciting news for Apple iPhone users, the iPhone app is on its way.
We have been reliably informed that the sign up process for the beta will be starting Wednesday or Thursday this week! This will be for the beta version and as with everything Spiceworks give the SpiceHeads a chance to shape it and make it better, like the desktop application it has been designed by the users for the users.
Once everyone is happy that the application is working correctly the final version will probably be released late December early January.
Screenshots
At the moment we only have a couple of screenshots, one of how the inventory view will look and another of the tickets. Both look great and very easy to use, this also shows that it not just going to be a way of updating tickets on the go but checking and hopefully updating the inventory on the move…

Following on from the first “Ask The Expert” on
During SpiceWorld 2010 was trying to follow the goings on but with a couple of technical failures with the stream it was a bit hard, but again Spiceworks have come to the rescue with all the photos and recordings being posted up online.
