Network Map Spiceworks have now built a network map to help display you network in a pretty way. This feature is still in beta until all the bugs have been ironed out… Making a network map isn’t a easy thing with 300,000 odd different network setups to think about.
Inventory Spiceworks 4.0 have brought some HUGE improvements to its network Scan allowing you to fully inventory all sorts of network devices. Windows, Linux, Mac, Switches and routers.
Helpdesk The Spiceworks helpdesk has been update and now includes functionality to be able to add multiple users to one ticket. With no user limits Spiceworks works well in all environments, link tickets back to devices, run reports, assign tickets. You can add time to your tickets and even admin only notes.
Tickets anywhere Want to be able to update your helpdesk tickets while on the move you can now do it on your iPhone, BlackBerry or any smart device. With tickets anywhere you can quickly add special comments to update information like time spent, category, priority and even who’s copied in on the email.
