The main improvement is the use of a login to help control and manage who can use and see the app.

 

The mobile helpdesk works on most mobile devices in which have a browser, Blackberries, iPhones, Windows Mobile and even Android. It allows you to update, change and view your helpdesk tickets on the go. No need to remember the tickets anywhere commands.

You may have heard about ObieOne’s MobileHelpdesk for Spiceworks but did you know it also works with your blackberry?

Now you can start to manage and view your IT helpdesk tickets on the go where ever you are.

MobileHelpdesk works on most phones with a web browser. ObieOne has just posted an update which fixed a couple of little issues.

It appeared the asp:linkbuttons do not work as expected. I changed them all to normal asp:buttons.

You can now read and update your helpdesk tickets directly from your mobile phone.
