The long awaited iPhone application was released on the 22/02/2011 to a long awaiting bunch of SpiceHeads. With it you can now fully take “IT on the go” you can update your helpdesk tickets while walking around the office. Compare you inventory to a real device on the go and even check active directory people quick and easy.

You can now manage “Everything IT” – Anywhere, or as we like to call it ”IT On The Go”.

View your network inventory on the go

With the new iPhone app you can see all the hardware and software on your network while walking around the office, in the car, in a park, even on top of a mountain as long as you have signal as course. Almost everything you can view in Spiceworks is viewable in the new application and is super fast.

Support your users from the middle of a lake

All IT pro’s need a break from time to time and the iPhone app now allows you to see and respond to tickets as if you were at your local Spiceworks install. Add and edit ticket description and details, assign tickets, set priorities, due date & more. Giving you the time to get that day out of the office you have been wanting for years.

Wondering around the office and the user’s informations?

No problem! You can quickly get contact information of all your end users, view and update Active Directory information. Even better to stop you forgetting who is who you can take photo’s and save them to your Spiceworks install!
